BAKED HOT & CHEESY MUSHROOM DIP

Ingredients

1 packet Hot & Cheesy Mushroom Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 brick (250 g) cream cheese, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
5-6 small mushrooms, cleaned and thinly sliced
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions

Combine dip mix, cream cheese and mayonnaise; mix until well blended. Add mushrooms and half of the cheddar cheese. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the dip in an oven-proof dish and heat for 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and broil for a couple of minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
